What we collect

• Email address — only if you join the waitlist, and only because you typed it in. Nothing else is asked for.
• Standard server logs — our host (Netlify) records IP addresses and request metadata to serve and secure the site, per Netlify's own privacy policy.
• Nothing else. The Site sets no analytics trackers and no advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as a consequence of serving the font files.

How we use it

Your email is used for exactly what the signup promised: notice when the ledger starts grading, major trial milestones, and the day paid access opens. No daily blasts. We do not sell, rent, or share the list with anyone, ever.

Who processes it

• Netlify (site hosting and form capture) — submissions are stored in our Netlify dashboard.
• beehiiv (email delivery) — subscriber addresses are processed on our behalf per beehiiv's privacy policy, including the double opt-in confirmation.

No other third party receives your data.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from all future sends immediately. You can also email privacy@takethepitch.bet to have your address deleted from both the active list and the capture records, and we will confirm when done.

Retention

Waitlist addresses are kept while the list is active. Unsubscribed or deleted addresses are removed from active systems; suppression records (so we don't email you again) may be retained by the email provider as required.

Age

The Site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an email address, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date changes and — if you're on the list — you'll be told by email before the change applies to you.
